The Roots Journey (12 Sessions):

In Supporting the Roots we will take deep dive into your root foundation.

• Physical Consciousness (4 sessions): Connect deeply with your body, develop feelings of safety and security, and establish healthy containment

• Instinctual Consciousness (4 sessions): Build ego strength, internalize nurturing presence, develop healthy attachments, and learn emotional self-regulation

• Communal Consciousness (4 sessions): Create strong support systems, develop sense of belonging, heal family patterns, and establish healthy relationships
